The ROYAL CANIN® Maine Coon Adult formula is specially designed according to the needs of this special breed. You can be sure that meeting your Maine Coon's nutritional needs is as important to us as it is to you. The Maine Coon is the largest domestic cat in the world, and it is characterized by both its imposing stature and its very gentle nature. Its strong bones and muscular body can make it up to three times heavier than an average cat. Due to their large size and bone structure, it is essential to pay special attention to their general health and joints. ROYAL CANIN® Maine Coon Adult is enriched with taurine, DHA and EPA (omega-3 fatty acids) to help strengthen good heart function. The Maine Coon's large jaw makes it grasp and chew its food in a very particular way. This is why ROYAL CANIN® Maine Coon Adult kibbles are quite large and cubic in shape, to promote prolonged chewing as well as good oral hygiene. To meet each cat's individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Maine Coon Adult is also available as a minced wet food in sauce. If you are considering a mixed diet, simply follow our instructions to ensure your cat receives an adequate amount of both dry and wet food for optimal benefit.
