ROYAL CANIN® Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog kibbles are formulated to meet the nutritional needs of female dogs and their puppies. This formula is suitable for adult dogs of large breeds weighing between 26 and 44 kg and for weaning puppies up to 2 months of age. ROYAL CANIN® Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog dry food contains nutrients such as vitamin C and E to help puppies support the healthy development of their still immature immune systems. Thanks to a combination of beneficial prebiotics (such as MOS) and highly digestible proteins, ROYAL CANIN® Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog supports the development of your puppy's intestinal microbiota and promotes its balance, to ensure good digestive health. In addition, this formula is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (including DHA), scientifically proven to contribute to the good brain development and visual health of puppies. ROYAL CANIN® Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog kibbles are easy to rehydrate with lukewarm water, which softens them and better releases their aromas, in order to stimulate the appetite of puppies when weaning and promote their hydration. At 2 months of age, your puppies will need a specially adapted diet to meet the nutritional needs of their next phase of growth. At this point, you can begin the transition to ROYAL CANIN® Maxi Puppy food, available as kibble or wet food in sauce. All dry foods in our growth range contain antioxidants of natural origin, and are formulated without artificial colors or flavors.
